Silicone Greases & Fluid Compounds


Shin-Etsu Silicone Greases consist of silicone fluids as a base oil, thickeners such as metallic soap, and other additives. Silicone greases, used mainly for lubrication, show excellent stability against thermal oxidation as well as water repellency over a wide range of temperatures.
Shin-Etsu silicone fluids compounds are grease-like products containing silicone fluids as a base oil, and fine-grained silica powder. Silicone fluid compounds, used for insulation, sealing, thermal conductivity, electrical properties. Both of them are widely used in a variety of industrial fields such as transportation, electronics, and machinery, and upgrade the durability, safety, and reliability of instruments and equipment.

 

  • Silicone Greases

Silicone grease products are made by blending additives and fillers such as metal soaps into a silicone fluid base. They have superior thermo-oxidative stability and moisture resistance over a wide temperature range.

    • Silicone grease is highly resistant to heat and cold.

    • When a silicone grease is immersed in water for a long period, the properties of these materials remain unaffected.

  • Reduce contact faults
    • We also have a product which contains as little as possible of volatile low molecular weight silicone, which causes contact fault.
